Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Marketing & CRM Executive to join the Marketing & Point Business team at Amaze Super App. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, boosting retention, and increasing customer lifetime value through strategic loyalty programs, personalized CRM campaigns, and innovative point redemption initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including campaign management, partnerships, marketing communications, BI, and commercial teams to develop and execute impactful strategies that deliver real business results. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of customer acquisition and retention strategies, loyalty initiatives, and point ecosystem development to grow customer lifetime value. • Use data to segment users, analyze customer behavior, and identify actionable insights that drive CRM and campaign optimization. • Build and manage performance dashboards and reports to track loyalty metrics, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. • Collaborate on cross-channel CRM campaigns (in-app, push, email, social) that are targeted, timely, and measurable. • Contribute creative ideas and propose data-backed initiatives to drive repeat purchases, crosssell/upsell, and improve user stickiness.

• Stay updated on industry trends in loyalty programs, point-based rewards, and CRM innovations in e-commerce. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or e-commerce roles — ideally with experience in online platforms or apps with large-scale customer bases. • Comfortable working with large datasets and tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards to inform decisions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret customer data and turn it into strategic actions. • Creative mindset with a “get things done” attitude — proactive, independent, and curious. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with CRM platforms (MoEngage, etc.

) and digital marketing tools is a plus.
