Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute patent and trademark prosecution filings across U. S. and international jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with all formalities and documentation requirements related to IP filings. Maintain and update IP docketing systems for pending applications globally. Generate and analyze reports, dockets, and relevant IP metrics to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with IP Managers and legal professionals across multiple time zones. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IP operations team.
Required QualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degree in associated or complimentary academic fieldExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in patent and trademark prosecution, preferably in a global or multinational environment. Skills And CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge of patent and trademark filing procedures, formalities, and documentation requirements. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Comfortable working in a flexible, international work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint).
