Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow’s clean and connected car.The role of Assembly Process Engineer is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Hlohovec, Slovakia.Responsibilities Preparation of documentation that includes a description of the process, its parameters and settings, and work instructions for performing individual parts of the process Setting and optimization of process parameters, time analyses Process management and responsibility for implementing process changes, deviation analysis Implementation of changes in the production process to achieve quality indicators, cost targets, and timely fulfilment of objectives in accordance with internal and external customer requirements Cooperation with the maintenance department when taking over new production equipment, technologies, and processes, especially in the field of assembly Cooperation in introducing new projects into production Defining methods and procedures for regular evaluation of the capability of individual parts of the process and its controlRequirements University degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, automation, or related field) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive advantage) Proven experience with process optimization and implementing improvements Ability to read technical drawings and work with technical documentation Strong analytical skills; knowledge of Lean tools (5S, VSM, PFMEA, SPC, SMED) Experience with data analysis and MS Excel (Power BI advantage) Knowledge of quality standards and production technologies Communicative level of English Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities Proactive mindset, ability to lead improvement projects independentlyBenefits 13th salary Annual salary review Work in a fast-growing family-owned company Career development opportunities, professional trainings Contribution to the 3rd pension pillar Social events (teambuildings, company parties, family events, etc.) Contributions from the social fund Maximum allowance for travel pocket money during business trips Lunch for €1.00 Flexible working hoursAs a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.
