You will be at the forefront of the financial and operational analysis of the assets under management, bringing fresh ideas and data-driven solutions to maximize profitability, efficiency and asset value.This position is ideal for young professionals with a strategic mindset, a passion for numbers, and strong motivation to make an impact in the hotel industry.What you’ll doAnalyze the financial and operational performance of hotels under international brands.Design high-impact dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to identify opportunities and track results.Participate in defining strategies to increase revenue and optimize costs.Support the preparation of executive presentations for partners and investors.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, treasury, commercial, etc.).Contribute to the evaluation of annual budgets and ensure alignment with ownership objectives.Support strategic analyses for investment projects, renovations and new capital initiatives.Deepen commercial analysis: customer segmentation, sales performance and digital marketing strategies.Participate in monthly strategic meetings with hotel senior leadership.What we’re looking forUniversity degree in Hospitality, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.2+ years of experience in hospitality, asset management, banking, financial analysis, accounting or related areas.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a strong plus).Knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting and insurance.Advanced English (spoken and written).Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.High-potential recent graduates in Hospitality with strong quantitative skills and motivation to grow in Asset Management will also be considered.What you’ll love about this roleReal impact: your work will directly influence the performance of hotels in strategic destinations.Continuous learning: exposure to world-class hotel investment and operating strategies.Collaborative culture: you’ll be part of a dynamic, hands-on team that values initiative and ownership.Accelerated growth: opportunity to work on regional projects with Marriott and Hyatt early in your career.📩 Interested in joining us?Send your CV to info@caribehospitality.com and be part of the team that is shaping the future of hospitality in Latin America and the Caribbean.
