It manages a multi-billion-euro property portfolio and focuses on institutional strategies spanning direct acquisitions, funds, separate accounts, and real estate debt. In Europe, its activities cover major markets such as Germany, the UK, Spain, and the Nordics, with investments ranging from core to value-add across key sectors including office, residential, and logistics.Job purpose:The Analyst will work closely with the Asset Managers, contributing to a broad range of real estate–related tasks. These responsibilities require foundational knowledge and strong analytical capabilities, but do not depend on advanced or senior-level real estate expertise.Essential Functions:Collect and analyze data (e.g., internal and external property and market data, research) and maintain structured lists, schedules, and overviews (e.g., tenancy schedules, legal case tracking, rent securities).Contribute to the preparation of client reports, including analytical evaluation of key performance indicators.Update and maintain system data in Yardi and related applications (e.g., budget inputs in Yardi ABF, forecasting data in Argus).Support the Asset Management team on analytical and operational tasks such as invoice review, capex monitoring, and insurance claim follow-ups.Education:Successfully completed (technical or) business management master degree with a focus on real estate, real estate economics and/or related fields
