The platform connects investors with vetted, income-generating real estate opportunities, blending traditional real estate security with fintech innovation.With operations launching by mid-next year, the company is building a world-class team to lead the region’s move toward digital, transparent, and compliant real estate investment solutions.Position SummaryThe Asset Management Manager supports the Head of Asset Management in executing portfolio strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze asset performance and track returns across tokenized portfolios.Prepare investor reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.Coordinate property management oversight and valuations.Assist in audits, compliance reviews, and CMA reporting.Support digital integration of real estate data into asset management tools.Regulatory & CMA ComplianceSupports the Head of Asset Management in meeting CMA disclosure and reporting obligations.Ensures documentation accuracy and operational compliance with CMA frameworks.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate.5+ years in investment operations, property management, or fintech asset platforms.Familiarity with CMA standards and fintech compliance structures.Required Certifications: CME-4A and CME-4B (exemptions apply for CFA Charterholders or Certified Investment Manager qualification).If not available, the company will sponsor the required CME certifications (as mandated by the CMA) before licensing.Reporting LineReports to the Head of Asset Management.Work Location📍 Remote from Egypt
