Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to maintain employee records and process employee requests in line with the policy and processes while maintaining internal customer service standards.Strategic RESPONSIBILITIES N/AOperational Regular Inspection of Vehicle and drivers and ensures the quality is maintained set by the Transport Authority. Conduct regular field trips to inspect the different taxi stations and ensures their compliance with quality guidelines. Conduct regular field checkup for Black Trips and appropriate action against the violated drivers. Investigate and action on Drivers in violation. Ensure the implementation of quality guidelines mandated by Transport Authority and activities of quality control are in line with overall organization objectives. Assist Drivers on site with any issues (Vehicle / Customer complaints) and guide them appropriately. Prepare reports, ensuring they are compiled as per the policies and procedures of the department.People ManagementN/AProduct/Process Improvement Ensure adherence to all set processes, policies and procedures.QualificationsEducation & Certifications: High School Certification / Diploma.Knowledge & SkillN/AExperience A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
