Our parent company is an investment holdings group primarily engaged in real estate and investment activities, with a diversified portfolio across Hong Kong, Mainland China and Europe, providing a solid capital base and deep market knowledge to support the mortgage lending business.Role SummaryReporting directly to the Head of Finance & Accounting and working as part of a 4‑member accounting team, this role supports the full spectrum of accounting operations for a licensed money lender focusing on mortgage loans. You will handle daily bookkeeping, loan‑related and interest income reporting, audit and tax support, as well as assist in enhancing internal controls and supporting basic compliance work related to the money lending business. The role requires close collaboration with operations and compliance colleagues to ensure that accounting and loan documentation are accurate, well‑organised and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily accounting entries, including AR/AP, bank transactions and general ledger postings.Assist in month‑end closing, including preparation of schedules, vouchers and account reconciliations.Prepare monthly loan reports, interest income reports and related accounting schedules for the mortgage loan portfolio.Support preparation of management reports, cash flow forecasts and budgeting documents.Assist in handling annual audit and tax filing, and liaise with external auditors when required.Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting and mortgage loan records.Support enhancement of internal control procedures for the loan portfolio and finance processes.Assist in preparing data and basic documents for statutory and regulatory filings related to the money lending business.Help ensure accounting records and loan documents are aligned with internal policies and relevant money lender regulations.Provide support to compliance colleagues on simple checks, documentation and reporting when required.Ideal CandidateTertiary educated in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in licensed money lenders or financial institutions.Exposure to mortgage loans, interest calculation or treasury function will be a strong advantage.Exposure to money lender compliance or regulatory requirements is a strong plus.Hands‑on experience with accounting software; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics accounting system will be an advantage.Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with other MS Office applications.Good communication skills, a proactive mindset and a cooperative team player.Benefits5‑day work week.13‑month salary + performance bonusAnnual leave : 14 days Stable working environment with on‑the‑job training and a supportive, work‑life balance culture.TO APPLY For This Job Or Similar JobsPlease email your CV with salary expected to resume@jpc.hkJPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990 and is a Hong Kong-based recruitment firm providing general recruitment and executive search services.JPC Recruiting Services 於 1990 年成立，是一家總部設於香港的專業招聘公司，提供招聘及獵頭服務。All personal data collected from job applicants will be used strictly for recruitment purposes only.
