Senior Manager – Financial Due Diligence - Transaction Services – Deals

Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.The applicant will:Provide coaching to associates, senior Associates and managers;Independently lead execution of complex due diligence assignments with guidance from partners and other senior team members;Identify deal issues and provide suggestions to maximise client value;Manage day-to-day client interactions regarding project matters;Project management and work closely with internal and external workstreams (e.g. tax and commercial due diligence teams);Preparation of high quality due diligence report and other deliverables;Manage engagement risk and potential client or engagement issues;Assist partners and directors in business development efforts; andParticipate in training and recruitment activities.Requirements:Eight years plus relevant experience including audit, due diligence and consulting. Prior financial due diligence experience would be a plus;CPA or equivalent qualification and technically strong;Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background preferred;Excellent business sense and be able to think strategically;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Strong project management skills;Team player and willing to collaborate; High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics tools;Proficiencies in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin);Ability to produce concise, issue-focused report in English. Ability to write in Chinese is a plus.
