We are committed to deliver solid results through trust and passion across multiple geographical markets.Job Description:Perform data mining and analysis to provide actionable insights and improve conversionCollaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutionsSupport campaign planning and execution to deliver campaigns on agreed schedule and identify areas for automation to improve efficiencyConsistently review and refine customer segmentation/tags to improve marketing effectivenessDevelop and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools, and translate data into actionable insights to support decision makingProvide advanced analytics support including machine learning and statistical modellingWork closely with Data Management Team and IT to identity valuable data sources from all touchpoints, and transform it into an analytical-friendly format to support analysis, digital journeys enhancement and process optimizationRequirements:Degree holder in IT/IS/Statistics/Business Administration or related disciplines.Min. 5 years’ experience in data analysis and CRM using large-scale databaseSolid knowledge and experience in free-hand SQL, Python and data visualization (e.g. Power BI and Tableau)Experience in marketing automation software/CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adobe campaign etc.)Good knowledge of advanced analytics and ML techniquesPositive and innovative learning attitude, proficient in problem-solving and stakeholder managementExperience in different cloud technology such as AWS, Azure and GCP is an advantageFluent in English, Cantonese and MandarinA candidate with less experience may be considered for a Senior Insight Analyst role
