We’re Hiring: Assistant Brand ManagerLocation: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)At I.C.C. As part of our ongoinggrowth, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team and drive impactful initiatives thatshape our market presence and strengthen consumer engagement.Key Responsibilities: Support Brand Director/Manager in developing brand positioning, identity, and annual marketing strategy in line with brand direction or licensor’s guidelines.Work cross-functionally with MarCom, Content Creation, Visual Merchandising, and Advertising teams to define and deliver brand DNA through creative assets, campaigns, and in-store experiences.Coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns, including photo shoots, digital content, PR, and in-store activation calendars.Prepare creative briefs, marketing timelines, and visual guidelines to ensure brand alignment.Liaise with creative and media agencies to ensure communication and advertising execution reflect brand essence.Manage campaign performance reports and propose improvements based on engagement data and sales results.Support launches of new collections or brand collaborations, ensuring cohesive storytelling across media channels.Collaborate with the VM and retail operations teams to ensure store presentation and visual themes align with marketing direction.Monitor competitor campaigns, communication tone, and visual direction to support strategic differentiation.Manage budget tracking, vendor invoicing, and documentation for all brand marketing activities.Participate in brand review presentations and provide insights on campaign performance and market feedback.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Business, or related field.3–5 years of experience in fashion marketing, brand management, or lifestyle brand communication.Strong understanding of creative direction, content production, and retail brand expression.Excellent coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple creative teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with brand guidelines, tone-of-voice management, and visual consistency principles.Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and market feedback.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).Passionate about branding, fashion, and storytelling through design and marketingWhy Join Us?Be part of an established company with a trusted brand heritage.Work alongside passionate teams in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.Career development opportunities and attractive compensation package.Ready to shape the future with us?Please submit your updated CV to nathakorn.pot@icc.co.th and always copy careers@icc.co.th.We look forward to hearing from you!
