Mô tả công việc Brand & Marketing Strategy Assist in crafting short-term marketing plans aligned with the brand's long-term vision. Translate strategic priorities into actionable KPIs and ensure on-ground execution. Collaborate cross-functionally to align branding efforts across all touchpoints. Innovation & Product Development Participate in idea generation, product formulation, pricing, and packaging development. Support end-to-end product launch process: from concept validation to GTM (Go-to-Market) execution. Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Trade, and SCM to bring innovations to life efficiently. Consumer & Market Understanding Analyze consumer behaviors, competitor movements, and category trends to identify growth opportunities. Conduct field immersions and collaborate on consumer research to uncover actionable insights. Channel & Modern Trade (Concung, Kidsplaza, etc.) Activation Coordinate with Trade/Key Account teams to plan and execute impactful in-store campaigns. Customize brand programs for M&B channels (Concung, Kidsplaza, Bibomart,...) ensuring strong brand presence and conversion. Track ROI and effectiveness of promotions and activations in these key retail environments. Marketing Activity Execution Lead the rollout of brand campaigns, new launches, and 360° communication assets. Work closely with agencies and internal teams (PR, CRM, Media) to develop consumer-centric communication. Oversee POSM development, digital content adaptation, and sampling deployment. Performance Monitoring & Budget Control Track brand KPIs, campaign ROI, and competitor benchmarking reports. Ensure responsible budget management and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders: Sales, Trade Marketing, Innovation, R&D, and Regulatory. Contribute marketingYêu cầu công việcBachelor's graduate, preferably majoring in marketing or business administrator.2+ years of experience in a similar position in the field of Marketing in FMCG industry, Mom&Baby is a plus.Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong organizational and coordination skills.Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Basic data analysis and result-oriented mindset.
