Job description: Long Description Job Summary Customs regulation requirement for realtime data.  This position shall be responcsible for maintaining and updating the data of loading shipments in real time KIRBY SOUTHEAST ASIA Co., Ltd Address: Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park, Phase 2, Phuoc An Ward, Dong Nai Province Contact: Ms Tam thitam.kieu@kirby.vn Job Responsibilities 1.    Receiving and checking finished goods from Production/ Subcontractors/ Warehouse.2.    Maintaining receiving data reports.3.    Update each loading report once finished loading process.4.    Check detail loading report versus BOM on each job.5.    Make sure the goods received are correct in quantity and quality.6.    Ensure the Loading reports are correct with the actual loading in containers/trailers/trucks.
