Currently, Molex is investing in a NEW FACTORY located at Thang Long Industrial Park II, Hung Yen province, with a total investment of approximately 145 million USD, covering an area of 100,000 m² and divided into 3 phases. This factory will produce high-tech products, such as high-speed connector, cables and optical devices.1. Your JobTogether with the Supervisor, assist department Managers to take charge of transfer projects and new projects, ensuring the successful handling and smooth launching of new products.2. Our TeamThis role is part of the CCS division and reports to the Manager, Molding. The Process Engineer collaborates with Sr. Technician Production and maintains regular contacts with all departments across the organization to support cross-functional project success.3. What You Will DoLead in-process engineering activities involving machines, equipment, tools, and jigs during new model deployment and mold transfersControl and continuously improve molds and production processes to ensure smooth manufacturing operationsOrganize and participate in training sessions, meetings, and information exchanges to address design and process changes such as DCN, PCN, and ECNManage transfer and new projects, including supporting design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and qualifying tooling at suppliers before transfer to productionResearch and study new technologies for new items and mass production, including injection and robot conditions, safety, and mold die structuresFollow up on machine/process non-conformances, taking timely corrective actionsParticipate in establishing PFMEA, standards, work instructions, and procedures, and apply change notices and expansion activitiesAlign work with section and organizational goals to contribute to quality and delivery targetsPerform other duties as assigned by management4. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)College/University degree (required)Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar positionSolid knowledge of engineering principles and toolingStrong understanding of manufacturing and molding processesProficient in performance assessment, standards creation, and English fluencySkilled in human relations, on-the-job training, coaching, basic management, and KaizenKnowledgeable in design software and AutoCADProficient in Microsoft Office5.
