Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a talented and experienced Report Developer to join the AI, Data & Analytics team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with innovative technologies and contribute globally to advancing data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, and deliver dashboards and reports by leveraging both Power BI and Databricks solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy dashboards and reports using Power BI and DatabricksWork closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, document, analyze their data and reporting requirementsOptimize data models and reports for performance and usabilityImplement row-level security on data and ensure data integrityEnsure data quality and accuracy by validating and testing data sources, queries, and calculationsProvide support and training to end users on Power BI and Databricks features and functionalitiesStay updated on the latest trends and developments in Power BI, Databricks, and other BI technologies and best practicesQualificationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or more than 2 years of related experienceAbility to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsProven experience as a Power BI developer in a Premium Capacity using a variety of data sourcesProficient in Power BI, DAX, Power M language, and data modeling techniquesProven experience creating Databricks AI/BI Dashboards and Genie solutionsStrong knowledge of SQL and relational databasesPreferredCertification in Power BI or other data visualization toolsExperience in other BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or SSRSExperience in data warehousing, ETL, or data integrationKnowledge of data analysis and statisticsExperience in agile or scrum methodologiesSoft skillsStrong communication skills, ability to clearly communicate well in both written and spoken English.Japanese language is a plus but not mandatoryAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and willing to take challengesWilling to work in different time zones when needed as many of our colleagues and business users are in different offices in the worldAdditional InformationWe have adopted a hybrid model that gives employees the ability to work remotely two days a week while ensuring that we come together as a team in the office the rest of the time.
