Play your part in growing one of the fastest-scaling consultancies in Europe and MENA (50% YoY) by amplifying our voice and building our brand and presenceAre you a strategic communicator who can craft compelling brand narratives while enabling business development excellence?Do you want to showcase our work with delivering iconic projoects across Europe, Middle East and Asia, while being the voice of our CEO and C-Suite?Are you inspired to turn our radical thinking and creative firepower into content that attracts the world's most exciting opportunities?In this role, you will:Lead External Communications:Own LinkedIn, website, and social media content strategy, execution. Craft posts, content, Gen AI graphics, publicise our case studies, portfolio materials, and client-facing presentations that showcase our distinctive technical artistry and evocative creativity.Manage award submissions and PR submissions to key media and magazines. Position Bejo as the consultancy leaders call for industry-defining challenges.Lead Marketing and Content:Own the marketing engine that drives our £5M to £10M growthDevelop and execute integrated campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, content, email, events) and support team outreach. Create materials like pitch decks, proposals, case studies, credentials that showcase our work. Build our brand presence with culturally-informed messaging that resonates with C-Suite buyers. Measure, optimize, scale what works.Support Strategic C-Suite Activities: Provide executive support primarily to CEO and COS. Coordinate new strategic projects, partnership and initiatives that require communications expertise to co-ordination to amplify our voice and position, manage stakeholder communications, and handle calendar/scheduling when needed. Support strategic initiatives and special projects that require communications expertise or executive coordination. Stand in for the CEO on external-facing activities where neededCo-ordinate events: Coordinate event participation (industry conferences, sponsorships, speaking opportunities across UK, Europe, MENA)Track marketing metrics, competitive intelligence, and industry positioning to inform strategy. Ensure our 50% YoY growth story and premium client roster are visible to target audiences.Partner with COS to ensure our core values of Bold Strategic Thinking, Evocative Creativity, and Engineering Excellence translate into operational culture across the consultancy community. Create structures that own operational excellence within the Chief of Staff area, allowing consultants to focus on client work and creative excellence Provision access for new joiners, maintain software licences, and ensure tools are optimized for distributed team collaborationKeep systems running smoothly and updatedReport and Improve: Provide regular reporting to COS on content output, LinkedIn engagement, website traffic, lead generation metrics, pipeline contribution, and brand visibility.Identify opportunities to amplify reach, improve conversion, and strengthen our position as leaders in radical thinking and creative firepower.About YouYou'll have 5-7 years of combined communications, marketing, and executive support experience, ideally within consultancy, creative agency, or professional services serving premium brands across multiple markets.You'll have a Bachelor's degree at 2:1 or above in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or relevant related area.You'll be an exceptional writer and editor, capable of crafting everything from bold LinkedIn posts to sophisticated client proposals while maintaining our inspirational, evocative, and excellence-focused tone of voice across different cultural contexts (UK, Europe, MENA).You'll bring strategic communications expertise, understanding how to position premium professional services, build brand narratives that resonate with C-Suite decision-makers, and create content that drives tangible business outcomes (pipeline, talent, awards).You'll excel at marketing operations and campaign execution, comfortable with HubSpot CRM, content management systems, social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms that enable data-driven growth.You'll have executive support capabilities, managing communications on behalf of C-Suite members, and handling stakeholder communications with discretion, professionalism, and ability to represent leadership across international business contexts.You'll be creatively minded yet commercially focused, understanding that beautiful content must drive business outcomesYou'll be tech-savvy with strong design sensibility, able to brief designers effectively, maintain brand standards (Bejo visual identity, tone of voice), and ensure consistency across diverse materials, platforms, and markets.You'll be ambitious, proactive, and ready to scale communications and marketing from 25 to 50+ consultants while maintaining the premium positioning, distinctive execution, and iconic impact that defines our brand.About UsWe're an award-winning consultancy known for combining radical strategic thinking, focus, and creative firepower to tackle the world's toughest challenges.
