Are you ready to LEVEL-UP THE GAME?The roleWe're looking for a Lead Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for our customer onboarding and lifecycle journeys. This is a high-impact role with a broad scope, focusing on front-end customer experiences.You'll be responsible for transforming and scaling our customer journeys to ensure we deliver the best product in the market, create smoother end-to-end experiences, and meet evolving business needs. Your focus areas will include registration, verification, login, customer communication, and account closure journeys.This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of product, engineering, data, compliance, commercial, and operational teams, requiring strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, and a strong sense of ownership.What you will doDefine and Drive Product StrategySet the strategic vision and direction for multiple products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, compliance needs and customer journeys.Own the Onboarding & Lifecycle RoadmapDevelop and manage product roadmap, ensuring priorities reflect both long-term strategy and near-term impact.Decision-Making & PrioritizationLead complex prioritization discussions, balancing customer needs, business value and risk (including compliance), technical feasibility, and operational readiness.Data-Informed DecisionsPromote and support a data-driven approach to product development, encouraging validation of ideas through metrics, experimentation, and continuous improvement.Coordinate Cross-Product InitiativesOversee and align multiple product initiatives, ensuring consistency, collaboration, and efficient delivery within your team.Stakeholder AlignmentPartner with senior leadership, commercial, compliance, engineering and operational teams to align product goals with company priorities. Act as a key voice in strategic discussions.Leadership and MentorshipEnsure your direct reports have appropriate training, tools and other resources to perform their jobs. Guide and mentor your team by providing feedback, sharing best practices, and supporting development.Own and Drive Product and Team Performance Through KPIsDefine, track, and take ownership of the product and team's KPIs. Ensure targets are met or exceeded by aligning goals with strategic priorities, monitoring progress regularly, and driving accountability across the team.Compliance obligations:Ensure that you, and your team, adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations within your direct responsibility and control.Ensure any non-compliance incidents within your team are raised through the appropriate channels (Compliance Incidents Process) and that your team are informed of any reporting processes relevant to them.Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.Ensure your team's completion of all mandatory compliance trainings within the set deadline.Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.How will success be measured in this roleActing in line with FDJ UNITED valuesSuccessful completion of all relevant training and other compliance activities that support FDJ's sustainable and responsible growthYour experience1–2 years of experience as a Lead or Senior Product Manager, or 3–5 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner with a strong track record of ownership and delivery.Proven experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps across multiple initiatives, from concept through to launch.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and align stakeholders across cross-functional teams.Experience in iGaming and their customer journeys is a strong asset.Experience operating within cross-functional organizations, collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.Our Way Of WorkingOur world is hybrid.A career is not a sprint.
