Learn more at www.experianplc.comJob DescriptionWe are recruiting for an Assistant Company Secretary to support Experian plc (FTSE 30) and its subsidiary companies on all matters related to Corporate Law, Listing Requirements, Corporate Governance Shareholder Services and Board Support.Why this role is important to usThis hybrid role is important to ensure Experian operates to guard our reputation through operating to exceptional ethics and compliance standards. Reporting into the Deputy Company Secretary you will be part of a small London or Dublin-based team.QualificationsWhat you'll need to bring to the role & ExperianExperience working in a Company Secretariat team, within a listed global organisation is preferrableSupport listed company/large subsidiary obligations and governance frameworksInput and oversee necessary internal and external documents and communication with partnersOperating in an advisory capacity to provide guidance and insight to important partnersKnowledge of working with boards and board committees.Work That Matters - What You'll Be DoingCorporate governance, including organising and supporting meetingsFacilitation and communication of company information to ensure compliance requirements are metLegal and regulatory compliance providing, advice, guidance and insight to key stakeholdersFiling and reporting to regulatory bodies, such as annual reports and statutory documentsMore About You.Effective partnering with an ability to work with senior audiencesTeam player with collaboration skills; comfortable working as part of a small team but also collaborating with teams across ExperianKnowledge of Corporate GovernanceAnalyse legal/regulatory challengesAble to navigate sensitive information and operate to high ethical standardsProfessional membership of the Chartered Governance Institute is beneficialAdditional InformationHybrid - 2 days per week in the London or Dublin officeGreat compensation package and discretionary bonus planCore benefits include pension, Vhi healthcare and more25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysInternal: C/EB7Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.
