We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team and contribute to our growth.Position OverviewWe’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Assistant Demand Writer to support our personal injury pre-litigation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help cases move forward efficiently and successfully. You’ll gather and organize the key information our Demand Writers need to craft compelling settlement demands.If you’re organized, comfortable working with medical records, and familiar with personal injury case flow, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Organize and review case documents, including medical records, billing statements, and police reportsBuild treatment timelines and medical summaries to support demand preparationTrack outstanding medical records and bills, and follow up with providers as neededCalculate medical damages (specials) and identify wage loss or lien detailsMaintain clean, organized digital files with properly labeled exhibitsAssist in compiling supporting documents (photos, invoices, reports) for use in demand lettersCommunicate with clients when clarification or additional info is neededProvide general administrative support to Demand Writers and Case ManagersQualifications:1+ year of experience working in a U.S. personal injury law firm (plaintiff-side preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with medical terminology and treatment summariesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsExperience with case management software (Filevine is a plus, but not required)Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic document formattingNice to have:Prior experience building timelines or preparing case summariesUnderstanding of California personal injury processes and terminologyWhy Join CoreBridge Solutions?At CoreBridge, you’ll be part of a company that values innovation and efficiency, with a track record of transforming industry standards in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
