Geography Course EditorCourse Editors play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our credit-recommended college courses. This project aims to enhance and update college-level courses to ensure they meet current academic standards and industry requirements. This is an online, remote contract role. All work is paid per hour.Project DescriptionYou will review and edit existing college-level course structure and materials in your subject area. This is expected to include tasks such as (but not limited to):Evaluating and adjusting recommended updates to existing course structureReviewing course learning outcomes and competencies for accuracy and alignmentEditing skill-oriented course sections and ensuring proper organizationReviewing and refining response assignment prompts and rubricsEvaluating existing multiple choice questions for quality and accuracyRequired SkillsMaster's degree or higher in GeographyExperience teaching courses in a college or university settingExperience creating, updating or revising courses at a college or university levelAdditional Preferred SkillsStrong time management skills to meet due datesReceptiveness to feedback and willingness to revise submitted work as neededAbility to collaborate with curriculum designers to create high-quality course deliverablesWhat We OfferReliable Payments: You'll receive payments twice a month and automated invoicing for your work.Remote Work: This is a fully online contracted work-from-home opportunity.Flexibility: Basically, there are no requirements!
