Company Name: Edison Real Estate LimitedLocation: DhakaJob Type: Full-TimeWorkplace Type: Full-timeJob ID: IJOB202613763Responsibilities:Oversee the comprehensive monthly payroll processing for all business units, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely disbursement of salaries.Independently manage employee income tax calculations, including TDS, annual tax planning, and issuance of tax certificates, ensuring full compliance with Bangladesh tax laws.Administer incentive programs, bonuses, and variable pay, coordinating with HR, Finance, and business heads to validate and ensure timely payouts.Manage Provident Fund (PF) processes, including enrollment, contributions, submissions, withdrawals, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.Prepare, monitor, and control payroll and compensation & benefits overhead budgets; analyze cost trends, variances, forecasts, and identify optimization opportunities.Maintain payroll systems and compensation data, ensuring statutory records are up-to-date and generating periodic payroll, tax, PF, and cost reports.Ensure compliance with company compensation & benefits policies, Bangladesh Labor Law, and statutory regulations; support audits and policy changes.Act as the single point of contact for all payroll, compensation, and benefits-related queries and issues.Requirements Experience: 4-7 years Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management Skills: payroll management, payroll administration, payroll processing, payroll services, payroll systems, payroll software Last Date of Application: 10 March 2026
