The role involves managing and driving sales initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and overseeing the daily operations of the sales department. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, leading a sales team towards achieving targets, and developing strategies to enhance revenue growth and team performance. Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective management is essential.QualificationsProficiency in Sales and expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction.Skills in General Management, including planning and overseeing operational processes.Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build strong client relationships.Team Management capabilities, with a focus on leadership and motivating team members to achieve goals.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience in the real estate or investment sector is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
