You will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, creating solution proposals, and pitch decks positioning our consulting and IT services to meet customer needs. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including sales, technical experts, and delivery, to ensure seamless support of sales opportunities through conversion.ResponsibilitiesCrafting sales pitch and providing capability/ services offering knowledge & support to sales teamsRespond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs and proposal developmentDriving the solution and rest of the proposal as per win themes and client buyer valuesCreate, manage, and update re-usable content repository for RFx responsesConduct market research for identified industry segments which includes market intelligence, competitors analysis, industry trend analysis etc.Responsible for account-specific collateral preparation: capability decks, approach notes, value packs, service articulation, case studies, etc. as part of farming & mining activitiesIntegrate technical solution, implementation approach into business proposals, build pricing models based on technical estimates, timelines, and cost analysesSupport in developing GTM strategy for regions & verticals, handling client visits, knowledge management initiatives etc.This is an individual contributor roleRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelors in computer engineering / IT / or any other fieldMBA in Sales & Marketing / IT or others5 to 10 years of IT experience in Presales within Digital Product Engineering / Software development spaceExperience in responding to large-scale RFIs / RFPs / RFQs and creating bid proposals for multiple geographies and industry verticalsUnderstanding of business processes and Industry domain. Understand & have point of view on the future trends of the industry & how organizations need to innovate to compete & grow their businessesExperience of solutioning & defining large and complex digital solutionsUnderstanding of new age technologies like Cloud, Big Data, GenAI/ AI / ML, IoT and their application in Digital TransformationUnderstanding of design, architecture & implementation aspects of various technology solutionsExcellent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and ExcelExcellent written, communication, and presentation skills. Good in stakeholder management with excellent problem-solving skills.
