We are currently looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager (Modern Trade) to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.Job Description:Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assignedIdentifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.Track & report activities of competitorsDevelop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to managementManaging the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.Building strong relationships with key accounts.Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.Requirements:Minimum 3 years experience as Modern Trade/ Key Account/ Branch Manager in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/ Skincare/ Beauty product)Fluent in English, both written and spokenHaving an existing relationship with a modern trade account (health & beauty store)Able to Develop channel sales strategyExcellent communication and presentation skillsResult oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivatedTrack & report activities of competitors and develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to managementWilling to travel throughout Indonesia if needed
