In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain robust, scalable, and highly available infrastructure for the organization's mission-critical systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and ensure system reliabilityAutomate and streamline operational processes, including deployment, monitoring, and incident responseParticipate in on-call rotations and provide timely incident resolution and escalation supportContinuously research and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance the organization's infrastructure and operationsContribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing initiativesRequirementsUnderstanding of progressive and responsive web appsHands on experience working with ReactJS and familiar with ReactJS conceptsSolid knowledge of cross-browser HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX Experience with newer ECMAScript standards (i.e. ES6)Experience in automated build, integration, and deployment tools (i.e. Jenkins)Familiar with React-Hooks, Redux, Redux-Saga, React-Router, Babel, Styled-Components and WebpackIn-depth understanding of JavaScript, the DOM, and relevant conceptsProficient with browser-based debuggingExperience with a testing framework (Jest)Experience using Git and JIRA/ConfluencePrimary LocationIndonesiaJobTechnologyScheduleRegularJob TypeFull-timeJob PostingNov 10, 2025, 6:30:00 AM
