Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Kidsclub Manager located in Raa, Maldives. The Assistant Kidsclub Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising kids' activities, organizing educational and recreational events, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. They will also assist in developing engaging programs, managing day-to-day operations of the kids' club, and coordinating with other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications Experience in managing and leading children's activitiesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to create enjoyable and educational programs for childrenPrior experience in a hospitality or resort setting is a plusFirst aid and CPR certification is beneficialDegree or certification
