The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing structured marketing initiatives, coordinate with teams, and contribute to campaigns using creativity and data. This role is suited for someone eager to learn, hands-on, and comfortable using modern tools (including AI) to enhance work efficiency.Key Responsibilities{{:}}Program & Campaign SupportAssist in planning and executing offline B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads and support hotel sales.Support campaign tracking, performance measurement, and reporting.Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, materials, and content.Help manage multiple programs while ensuring timelines and quality are maintained.Cross-functional CollaborationCoordinate with sales, operations, and central teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.Provide updates to stakeholders and escalate issues where needed.Marketing Communication & Creative SupportHelp create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and presentations.Support on-ground marketing activities and property-level initiatives.Explore AI tools and digital trends to improve campaign efficiency and quality.Data & Performance TrackingAssist in tracking campaign data and reporting insights.Suggest improvements based on observations and feedback.What Are We Looking For -1–2 years of experience in marketing, program support, or related fields.Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate tasks across teams.Willingness to learn and use AI tools to improve workflows.Creative mindset and problem-solving attitude.Interest in hospitality, travel, or B2B services is a plus.
