📢 We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Applicant Support A private company in Sharjah managing free zone operations is looking for an Assistant Manager – Applicant Support to join their dynamic team.💼 Salary: AED 10,000 – 11,000 plus commissions📍 Location: Sharjah🗓️ Experience: 3–5 years in client service & team leadership🗣️ Languages: Arabic (mandatory) & EnglishKey Responsibilities:✅ Manage client applications, visa processing, and license amendments✅ Supervise offshore teams and ensure process compliance✅ Monitor KPIs, resolve client escalations, and support leadership operations✅ Ensure documentation accuracy and timely communicationRequirements:🎓Fluent in English and Arabic💡 Business setup or freezone experience is mandatory⚙️ CRM proficiency👉 Only applicants with prior team management experience will be considered.
