Join Roche, where every voice matters.The Position岗位：渠道策略经理工作地点：上海基于外部行业环境和政策趋势、内部公司战略目标和业务规划，制定及优化渠道策略，助力多渠道生态价值的实现；运用先进的方法和智能技术，发掘及优化渠道策略的资源和优势，用智能化的方式支持渠道策略的高效落地；助力团队实现定位目标：渠道分销的智能管家，渠道生态价值的效能支撑。您有机会：渠道布局策略与落地，保障并优化渠道供应效能，助力渠道生态价值的实现；渠道商业政策，保障渠道合理毛利，并驱动多元化生态价值的合作；渠道业务合作，促进CSO等业务合作合法合规与高效运作；渠道拓展合作，助力BD产品渠道拓展合作高效落地与稳健运行；渠道风控，管理公司渠道业务风险及保障渠道安全运营；包括但不限于其他渠道策略相关的日常工作与项目管理；我们期待您：具备强策略性思维与强结构化思维，可以独立根据战略目标设计项目并领导项目落地完成。过往有咨询项目经验更佳（甲、乙方皆可）。熟练使用Office办公软件，独立根据业务要求完成PPT的设计与撰写，熟练使用Excel处理数据、生成报表及绘制图表等。有SQL、VBA等额外技术能力更佳。精通商务专业书写，包括电子邮件、会议记录、备忘录、操作流程及工作相关文档等。善于聆听与表达，收集决策所需信息 能够流利并具有说服力地阐明观点。将个人职责和组织使命紧密联系在一起，积极接受变革并适应环境的变化；在必要时能够不墨守成规地思考和敏捷行事。不断提出新点子、新思路；善于发掘他人的才干，集思广益；寻找新机会，尝试新方法。Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
