Assistant Manager - Corporate Gym – GermanyLocation: Biberach an der Riß, GermanySalary: €35,000 – €45,000 (depending on experience)Are you passionate about inspiring healthier, happier lives through fitness and wellbeing? We’re looking for an Assistant Fitness Manager to join our on-site wellbeing team in Biberach, supporting one of our major corporate clients.You’ll help shape a positive, engaging, and health-focused culture in the workplace — leading a small team of fitness professionals, delivering wellbeing initiatives, and supporting members in their journey toward better health.What you’ll doLead and motivate a team of fitness trainers and physiotherapists to deliver outstanding member experiences.Manage daily operations and ensure the smooth, effective running of the fitness and wellbeing services.Plan and organise resources efficiently within budget, working closely with the Fitness Manager and wider team.Support workplace health promotion initiatives, from fitness classes to health days and workshops.Develop and deliver group classes (in-person and online).Build strong relationships with the on-site client contact to expand and enhance wellbeing services.Contribute to new projects, wellbeing campaigns, and innovative health solutions.About youBachelor’s degree in Sports or Health Management (or equivalent qualification/experience).Proven leadership experience in a fitness, health, or wellbeing environment.Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident leading classes and presenting to groups.Organised, proactive, and customer-focused with a drive to deliver results.Fluent in German and English.Additional qualifications (e.g. back training, advanced trainer licences, CPD courses) are a plus.What’s in it for youCompetitive salary (€35–45K)Supported professional development through 1:1 coaching and learning programmesOpportunities to access external training fundingFlexible working approachEmployee wellbeing initiatives, charity involvement, and community engagement8% holiday allowance, 29 days annual leave, and a monthly Spendit benefit (€20 for full-time roles)Join a company that believes in making a real difference to people’s health and wellbeing — every day, everywhere.
