About INCERTINCERT is a centre of expertise providing services and solutions based on knowledge and experience acquired in cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), eTravel document, biometry and artificial intelligence.Established since 2012, INCERT is a public agency owned by the State of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. INCERT also represents and defends Luxembourg’s national interests at European and international organisations.Further information about INCERT can be found at www.incert.lu.The positionWithin the scope of its current activities and its incoming ones, INCERT is now recruiting an Assistant Manager – Cybersecurity & International Affairs (H/F) for a permanent position.Your responsibilities Under the responsibility of the current Manager, you will be required to:Take charge of some of their operational and institutional tasks to streamline file management.Travel regularly to represent the organisation in international bodies, committees and working groups specialising in cybersecurity and digital identity.Prepare the files, notes, summaries and strategic positions required for national and international meetings.Manage projects and ensure coordination between ministries, institutions, technical partners and internal teams.Analyse technical and regulatory documents and produce clear, actionable summaries.Ensure rigorous follow-up of actions, deadlines and decisions.Your profileMaster's degree (political science, international relations, technology, cybersecurity, cryptography, engineering, business). •  3 to 5 years of experience in a technological, institutional or regulated environment.Experience in cybersecurity and digital identity, and particularly in Public Key Infrastructure, is a major asset.Excellent ability to thrive in political and institutional environments.Strong project management and partner relations skills.Professional French or equivalent + professional English essential.Analytical skills, ability to synthesise information, rigour and structure.Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence.Ability to work under direct responsibility, with structured guidance.International mobility required.Soft skillsStructured, methodical, calm.Organisational skills and effective information management.Good listener, discerning, ability to understand complex subjects.Team spirit, humility and reliability.Discretion and sense of responsibility.What we offerA strategic role at the heart of Luxembourg's digital sovereignty issues.Opportunities to develop your skills alongside recognised experts.Active participation in international work on cybersecurity and digital identity.A stimulating, collaborative and high-impact environment.Please note that a criminal record will be requested as part of the final stage of our hiring process.
