Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting

We're seeking a Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager to support our Finance Manager in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and management reportsOversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and payrollSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesConduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insightsEnsure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulationsCoordinate internal and external auditsMaintain and improve financial controls and proceduresSupervise and mentor junior finance staffCollaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business goalsAssist in developing financial models and strategic plansRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA or equivalent professional certification preferred3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleStrong understanding of Philippine financial regulations and tax lawsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP B1) and MS ExcelExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsPreferred Attributes:High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong leadership and team collaboration skillsProactive and solution-oriented mindsetBenefitsHealth insurance and other statutory benefitsOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentHybrid work setup
