Draftsman- 2 Yrs Experience

RequirementsProven experience as a Draftsman or similar roleProficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorksStrong understanding of engineering and architectural principlesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsGood communication and teamwork skillsTime management and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of building codes and construction standardsAssociate degree or certification in drafting or related fieldAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesKey Responsibilities: Prepare accurate architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. Prepare detail drawings using Sketchup software. Update and revise working drawings, Sketchup drawings as needed. Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards. Regular site visits to Pampanga workshop to ensure projects construction and completion are all according to specs/details in working drawings. Site visits to existing and potential clients for data gathering, documentation, product inspection, taking measurements, etc. Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials according to working drawings and costing estimates.Job SummaryThe role will play a vital role in supporting our development team by producing high-quality design documentation, working drawings, and providing technical drafting support across various residential and commercial projects.
