Valor operates with a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and a goal to become an extension of its customer's team.At least 3 years of experience as an Operations ManagerAt least 2 years of experience on the Technical accountAbility and patience to handle difficult customers.Knowledge of outlier management and coaching techniques.Proven experience and knowledge as a resolution supervisor, QA analyst, or trainer is a plus.Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.Comfortable working with targets to exceed our client’s expectations.Excellent communication skills (written and oral).Organization, proper decision-making, and analytical problem-solving skills.Additional education or experience in a related field may be preferred.Responsible for the development of team leaders/coachesMust be willing to work on-site
