What You Will Do:Develop and manage supply plans, including demand, inventory, and capacity planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, logistics, procurement) to ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyze supply chain constraints, lead times, and inventory levels to manage supply plans. Develop and manage material requirements plans, including material procurement and inventory managementCollabrate with CSR/ Program team in maintaining customer communcationsPartner with Finance & engage stakeholders in developing monthly Business Estimates Collabrate with stakeholders for SIOP and & supply Plan inputsMaintain and manage Master Data IntegrityIdentify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives in. What You Will Learn:Exposure to High class Manufacturing work systems and flowOpportunity to work on automations and Simplifying large data structuresExperience Culture of Transformation journey through Lean and digital initiatives. Qualifications You Must Have:B. E in Electronics/Mechanical with 9-12 Years experience in Production Planning profile managing demand/supply & inventoryAt least 2-3 Years of SAP Experience in Planning and supply chain backgroundStrong analytical skills, ability to solve problem systematicallyExcellent communication and presentation skills .
