Job Description

Responsible for developing detailed programme for construction activities. Responsible for preparing manpower resource schedule to achieve the timely completion of project. Responsible for preparing equipment/material procurement schedule. Responsible to coordinate and assist the Project Manager for timely ordering of material and equipment. Responsible for preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports. Prepare work plans and look ahead short-term programmes as required by the contract. Responsible for monitoring the progress of works at site and highlight the problems to the Project Manager/Construction Manager, as and when required. Responsible for monitoring and maintain tracking logs for material and drawing submittals. Responsible to developing detailed programme for Test & Commissioning System. Responsible for attending project progress review meetings with Project manager and assist as required. Responsible for any other task/duties as designated by the Project Manager.
