With a vision to create an enlightened and equitable society, we are committed towards playing a larger role in India’s sustainable development by embedding wider economic, social and environmental objectives through its programmes.Location of Posting: Odisha/West Bengal/Jharkhand Employment Type: ContractualPurpose of the Role: The primary responsibility will be implementing, monitoring, and documenting agriculture-based livelihood activities in the TSF's intervention area.Key Deliverables:Closely work with farmers to provide technical guidance on sustainable agricultural practices.Implement climate-resilient agriculture and allied practices.Strengthen agricultural value chains through the establishment and support of Farmer Producer Companies(FPCs).Facilitate the development of vegetable and orchard clusters.Establish and empower farmer institutions, ensuring their integration with FPCs.Partnership and collaboration with government departments at the district and block levels.Maintaining comprehensive reports and documentation related to agricultural activities.Work experience : 0-4 Years of field experience in Agriculture and Allied-agriculture activities.Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture and allied sciences or equivalent.
