Title: Assistant Manager, Area SalesLocation:Vientiane, LA, LAGlobal Business Unit: HECJob Function: SalesRequisition Number: 189937DescriptionJob SummaryManage the team for sell products/services to achieve team sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.General ResponsibilitiesManage the team & customers to sell products to achieve regional and local sales targets for assigned businesses/clients/territories and overall business objectivesDevelop territory-wise / client-wise / business line-wise sales plansEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customers’ accountsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecastsLiaise with Marketing and Client Management teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication to customersIncreasing customer penetration across all channels, e.g. Hospital, Clinic, Pharmacy and Wholesale channelsGather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in the service level agreementsProvide feedback and market & customer intelligence from the market to BD & CM teams as requiredDrive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targetsAct as a DKSH representative to communicate all other necessary issues to customersEnsure strict adherence to compliance laws and regulations in all sales activitiesFunctional Skills And KnowledgeMinimum 5-8 years’ experience in Sales in Healthcare or similar industryMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity, managing a team of Sales Reps and/or SupervisorsDemonstrate fluency in local language and English, both written and spokenDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).EducationBachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, or an equivalent degreeRequisition Number: 189937Job Function: Sales
