If you're someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and ownership—this role offers full-spectrum control across accounting and reporting functions.The Impact You’ll DriveIndependently manage the entire books of accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complianceOwn the P&L and Balance Sheet, driving financial visibility, cost control, and risk mitigationOversee direct and indirect tax filings, and manage Income Tax scrutiny cases when neededEnsure up-to-date FEMA compliance and stay informed of evolving statutory requirementsCoordinate with auditors (internal and external) to lead statutory and tax auditsGenerate detailed MIS reports to support financial planning, forecasting, and business strategyDrive high standards in Excel-based reconciliation, data reporting, and automationWhat You’ll Bring4–7 years of relevant experience in core accounting and compliance rolesProven ability to manage books of accounts independentlyStrong understanding of statutory tax laws, audits, and compliance frameworksExperience in FEMA regulations and handling tax scrutiny cases is a plusAdvanced Excel proficiency for building reconciliations and financial modelsAn ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setupFamiliarity with ERP platforms like Tally (SAP/Zoho/NetSuite exposure is a bonus)
