Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager supports hospital revenue growth by planning marketing activities, developing business partnerships, and monitoring revenue performance.Job ResponsiblePlan and execute marketing activities (digital and offline) to promote hospital services.Conduct market research to understand patient needs and competitor activities.Build and maintain business relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, MCOs, TPAs, and partner clinics.Work with internal departments (medical, nursing, finance, billing) to support pricing, promotions, and service packages.Monitor revenue trends and assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.RequirementsDegree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, revenue management, or business development (hospital or healthcare experience is an advantage).Excellent command of Mandarin and English (spoken & written).Required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
