We light fuses, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn clarity into momentum.You’ll lead the social direction for multiple brands, from strategy and content planning to creative execution. This role sits at the intersection of strategist and project manager: you’ll co-develop brand and campaign strategies with the Social Media Head, then oversee their execution with precision and creativity.You’ll guide a small team of specialists and interns, manage timelines, and ensure every post, campaign, and idea ladders back to the brand’s purpose. It’s a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think fast, execute smart, and adapt quickly.🎯What You’ll DoLead social content and campaign planning, from creative ideation to post-production alignment.Co-develop brand and campaign strategies with the Social Media Head, shaping how each brand shows up across platforms.Manage project timelines and coordinate across internal (social media, creative) and external (clients, vendors) to ensure smooth execution.Guide specialists and interns in producing content that’s aligned, on-brand, and on time.Review content plans, captions, and visuals to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.Oversee influencer campaigns. Handle briefing, align content with strategy, review deliverables, and compile campaign reports.Join or lead client presentations, reviews, and strategy discussions with confidence.Track performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements to strengthen results.Stay adaptable. Balancing structure and speed as priorities shift across projects.✅ Who We’re Looking ForMinimum 4 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.(agency experience preferred)Proven ability to manage brands end-to-end, from strategy, content, campaigns, to timelines.Strong understanding of storytelling and how to make ideas work natively across social, especially IG, TikTok, and Meta platforms.Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to align teams, clients, and creative direction.Strategic yet hands-on: comfortable jumping between planning decks, content reviews, and production details.Strong command of English is essential; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a strong advantage.Experience managing KOL or influencer campaigns (briefing, content review, reporting) is a strong plus.Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.Must be comfortable working on alcohol brand acounts. 🚀 Why You’ll Love It HereYou’ll lead brands that want to grow, not just post.
