Key AccountabilitiesClinical Safety and Risk Management Support overall Riskman Incident Report SystemImprove Quality of Incident Reports (Input, Output, Classification, and Reporting rates)Analyse incident report data for prevalent issues and drive mitigationProvide support to ensure seamless end-user experience including any training required.Identify country wide quality improvement opportunities.Review all reported SE/SRE/SAC 1 cases for IHH Malaysia hospitalReview all reported SE/SRE/SAC 1 cases ensuring appropriate investigation and action plansEnsure lessons from SE/SRE/SAC 1 are shared interhospital.Provide support for high impact / high risk case reviewsAccreditation and AuditsInvolve and assist in Internal Quality Audits and Clinical AuditsIdentify Hospital risk areas and highlight for effective IQA and CAConduct regular e-Hir Audits for all IHH MY HospitalsCross Learning and Organizational Learning InitiativesSecretariat for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety ForumChampion for annual Patient Safety Celebration and Awareness Campaign – countrywideChampion for the annual Quality Improvement Project Competition and submissionsCQIF and CQC Learnings communication and disseminationStakeholder Management Assistance & SupportTimely Group and authority submissionsPromote Intradepartmental and multidisciplinary collaborations and discussions.Promote a strong Safety Culture balanced upon a Just system with inclusivity of various stakeholders.Involve and contribute to any departmental eventsInvolve and contribute for IHH MY Clinical Governance and Advisory CommitteeQualifications & Experience· Degree in medical-related field· At least 5 years’ experience· Good communication skills· Possess strong management and conflict resolution skills· Demonstrate an analytical and detail - oriented approach
