You’ll play a key role in managing initiatives, co-developing collaboration opportunities, and optimizing partner performance, while contributing to the delivery of strategic goals. Partnership Development & ManagementAssist in cultivating and managing relationships with existing partners, while identifying and onboarding new strategic partners across industries such as Financial Institution, eWallet, Digital Bank, Insurance, and more. Handle day-to-day partner communications, including responding to enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive partner experience throughout the engagement. Prepare compelling partnership proposals, conduct user journey walkthroughs, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely progress across partnership pipelines. Business Growth & Channel OptimizationSupport initiatives to grow the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel in collaboration with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Monitor and track the performance of acquisition channels and identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements. Commercial & Operational SupportSupport the preparation, review, and coordination of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MOUs, and partnership contracts, in collaboration with legal and compliance teams. Work closely with internal departments to support the preparation of commercial terms, technical documents, and operational implementation plans. Assist in organizing and attending partner meetings, reviews, and co-branded events to strengthen engagement and visibility. Project & Partnership TrackingMaintain updated trackers and dashboards on partnership statuses, key milestones, and upcoming deliverables.
Flag potential issues or risks in partnership engagements and support in the resolution of cross-functional enquiries. Adhoc & Departmental InitiativesSupport the execution of strategic departmental projects and any other tasks assigned by the Manager or Head of Department. What you'll need to succeed:
QualificationsPosseses a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualificationWork ExperienceAt least 4 years of working experience in a commercial sales & marketing, account management or partnershipsKnowledge, Skills & Competencies Excellent computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—essential for creating visually and verbally engaging presentations for customers, departmental heads, management, and key stakeholdersStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
