Job SummaryThe overall role of Assistant Manager, Sales and Marketing is to assist in developing and implementing annual budget plan, marketing strategy and tactics to boost brand performance, set & strive for function’s short-term and long-term goals, and maximize sales opportunity for both consumer share and market share.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, propose and execute brand and marketing strategy, promotion, activation campaigns to boost each brand performance and achieve optimal return on marketing investment.Oversee and guide all marketing activities as well as developing marketing materials, inclusive of media advertising, promotion, CSR management to build and maintain superior brand presence in all market channels.Act as Master of brand guardian to ensure brand communication are consistent and keep its promise to the target customers.Follow market trend and present creative ideas to ensure our brand and communication strategy stay relevant and rejuvenate.Train and retain staff within own function and assist line manager to optimize staff productivities.Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities.Consolidate data and report to line manager on the regular basis.Effectively monitor and keep track on the allocated functional budget, the movement of the competitors, related categories, channel and customer development at trade level and update to management in the timely manner.Oversee & manage all own social media/digital platform, digital content planning and development.Manage and monitor customer comment, feedback and complaint to build a lasting digital relationship with consumers and deal with some critical issues.Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.Success FactorsBe a professional developer in strategic planning, brand promotion, marketing activities, digital marketing platform in line with current market situation and consumers’ trends.Be able to implement marketing activities successfully such as promotion, event and activation with less budget to increase sales volume and brand image.Be able to increase brand awareness through merchandising in right segmentation following effective budget and time management.QualificationsEducation:Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.Experiences: 3-5 years in Marketing experiences or in F&B background.At least 2-3 years roles in leadership position.Skills and knowledge: Good interpersonal and communication skillsGood in English, both oral and writtenPC literate – Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPointPublished on: March 6, 2025Expired OnJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Phnom PenhApply for this positionUpload CV/ResumeJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Phnom PenhApply for this positionFull Name *Email *Phone *Cover Letter *Upload CV/Resume *Allowed Type(s): .pdf, .doc, .docxBy using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website. *
