Job Description

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior Contact Centre roles, including: - Job posting and advertising Candidate sourcing and screening Interview coordination and facilitation Offer negotiation and onboarding support Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per policy / proceduresEnsure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standardsEnsure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process ExcellenceEnsure adherence to established attendance schedulesEnsure adherence to Company Policies and ProceduresThe Performance Parameters Include The Following Meeting set targets on a monthly basis Offer to Joining Ratio of the Offers made Quality of candidates hired and on-boarded Number of defects against number of Offers made 100% adherence to compliance requests and policy Deliver on intakes within timelines and at high quality level
