We are expanding our HR Department and are looking for a confident, people-focused HR Generalist to join our team of two – supporting our Head of HR and working alongside an existing HR Generalist.This is a dynamic, hands-on role with strong focus on:Recruitment · Staff Evaluations & Development · Employee Relations (IR) · Policies & ComplianceWhat You Will DoSupport end-to-end recruitment for salon and management roles (posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).Conduct performance evaluations and assist with staff development planning.Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally and fairly.Maintain and update HR records, contracts, policies, and compliance documents.Assist with employee wellness and retention initiatives.Work closely with salon managers and regional teams to ensure positive staff culture.Participate in HR strategy, structure, and systems improvements as BOA continues to grow.What You’ll Bring3+ years HR experience (Generalist / HR Officer / HR Administrator level or higher).Strong knowledge of IR practices, disciplinary processes, and South African labour legislation.Confidence in interviewing, staff communication, and leading employee conversations.Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure in a growing organisation.Excellent organization, reporting, and follow-through.Warm, respectful communication style that builds trust.Beauty, retail, hospitality, or multi-branch organization experience will be an advantage, but not required.How to ApplySend your CV to: hr@boabeautybar.com
