This person will direct the workflow of team members, while also interacting with customers and preparing delicious food!A successful AM must be able to oversee a team of people and facilitate a smooth workflow. They exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and display sound judgement in resolving issues. They show an aptitude toward preventing mistakes through high awareness. They will help set the pace for the crew by maintaining high energy, positivity, and a sense of urgency.
