Job Description

Job Overview:The Assistant Marketing & Business Operations Executive will support the region and units’ team in assisting marketing activities, administration work, and daily sales related support tasks. This role involves coordinating with vendors and suppliers, handling external payments, pre-sales, sales and post-sales support including internal processes and systems, and maintaining relevant documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise onsite Setup and build-up of exhibition booths and event venue, ensuring consistency with design file, high construction quality, timely delivery, visually appealing and functional.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services, ensuring timely deliveries, tracking payments and resolving any discrepancies.Manage business leads collected from marketing activities, maintain proper documentation, update the lead status on a regular basis.Managing marketing material inventory, maintain clear records of all materials, check the inventory status on a regular basis.Coordinate Sales support activities and operations with efficiency, assist with reviews of documents like agreements, MoUs, RFPs, Order forms etc.Initiate and follow through the workflow for new and renewal orders, order cancellation, customer and vendor payment status, etc.Maintain proper documentation for orders, including order form, delivery note, etc.Assist in any business operations and administrative related work if needed.Note: - This role may require occasional work outside regular business hours, including traveling on business trips within MENA region when necessary.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or aboveSkills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Working Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as operation/support / admin roleExperience in advertising, PR agency, hospitality industry preferred.Personal Attributes:Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Language Ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
