Position OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support the Manager/Director in enhancing brand visibility, engaging guests, and driving revenue growth across the Group's portfolio. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, leading a team of marketing professionals while leveraging creativity, data insights, and AI-powered marketing tools.The Assistant Marketing Manager will be instrumental in crafting integrated campaigns, building meaningful partnerships, and ensuring all marketing efforts reflect the company's core philosophy of "value + heartfelt service," particularly during new hotel pre-opening initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Campaign ManagementCollaborate with the Marketing Manager/Director to design annual and quarterly marketing strategies.Supervise campaign execution across digital and offline channels, ensuring projects are delivered on time, achieve ROI targets, and stay true to brand identity.Lead creative sessions, shaping campaigns, seasonal promotions, and launch strategies for new hotel openings.Team Leadership & MentorshipGuide and mentor Marketing Executives and interns in content creation, campaign execution, and reporting.Delegate responsibilities efficiently while fostering a collaborative, growth-focused team environment.Digital Marketing & AI IntegrationManage AI tools for personalized marketing, guest segmentation, content generation (visuals, video, etc.), and performance optimization.Stay current with emerging marketing technologies to ensure innovative strategies.Content & Brand ManagementEnsure brand consistency across websites, social media, blogs, and PR materials.Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing assets.Highlight the company's lifestyle-focused offerings, including rooftop experiences, wellness, dining, and city connectivity.Partnerships & Business GrowthBuild and maintain relationships with influencers and lifestyle brands to expand market reach.Explore sponsorships and co-branding opportunities that reflect the company's local culture and values.Performance Analysis & InsightsMonitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics dashboards.Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing spend, focusing on guest acquisition, direct bookings, loyalty, and overall guest experience.Benchmark competitors and identify areas for differentiation.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related fields; Master's degree is advantageous.Experience:3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.Experience in hotel pre-opening campaigns, including launch planning, brand rollout, and market entry strategies, is highly preferred.Prior experience supervising junior team members or managing small projects.Skills & Knowledge:Demonstrated ability to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.Strong creative instincts with data-informed decision-making.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.Expertise in performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, LINE).Social media proficiency (Meta & TikTok) for content, engagement, and growth strategies.CRM & guest engagement expertise (LINE), including segmentation, personalized messaging, and loyalty programs.Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, analytics, content creation, and creative asset generation.Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English preferred.Personal Attributes:Collaborative and natural leadership qualities.Passion for hospitality, guest experiences, and lifestyle marketing.Proactive, adaptable, and innovative, with enthusiasm for new technologies and trends.
