Job Salary Range: 15.000.000 - 25.000.000/month + Incentive Requirement:Knowledge & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. • 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, branding, planning, or project management. • Preferably with experience working at an agency or in industries such as healthcare, beauty, FMCG, or luxury services. • Strong ability to understand and connect the dots between brand – communication – performance – and customer experience.Skills • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills. • Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, PowerPoint, and Canva/AI tools. • Strong data analysis, reporting, and logical presentation skills. • Strategic and systematic thinking with the ability to collaborate across departments. • Effective communication, coordination, and critical thinking skills; basic writing and storytelling ability.Personal Qualities • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. • Leadership mindset, ambitious, and eager to grow into a managerial role. • Responsible, creative, and passionate about the healthcare, dental, and premium brand sectors. • Fast learner, adaptable, and flexible in a constantly changing environment.Describtion:Support in Developing & Executing Overall Marketing Strategy • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to build quarterly/annual marketing plans, including objectives, budgets, campaigns, and communication directions. • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of various areas: Branding, Digital Ads, Content, PR, Customer Service, KOC/KOL, Events, and Data. • Assist in designing and maintaining a comprehensive marketing reporting system to evaluate campaign results and recommend improvements.Marketing Project Management & Coordination • Act as the main coordinator between internal teams (Content, Ads, Design, SEO, Customer Service, etc.) and external partners. • Supervise project timelines, quality, and costs across marketing initiatives. • Develop briefs, consolidate ideas, and work with creative teams to ensure all outputs align with brand direction.Brand Development & Management • Support the Marketing Director in repositioning and developing existing brands as well as building new dental brands. • Coordinate activities related to brand identity, messaging, visuals, communication campaigns, and PR. • Oversee the consistency of brand image across all platforms and channels.Research & Data Analysis • Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, competitors, and media trends. • Consolidate data from marketing channels to create performance dashboards and campaign reports. • Provide insights, identify new growth directions, and recommend strategies to optimize marketing performance.Information Management & Administrative Support • Prepare documents, slides, proposals, plans, and reports for the Marketing Director and Board of Directors. • Manage schedules, meetings, and cross-departmental coordination for marketing activities. • Maintain and update marketing assets, brand guidelines, and campaign archives.
